We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Digital Products: Refunds are available for digital products (e.g., styling guides or Colour palettes) only if:

  • The product was not delivered on time or is inaccessible after purchase. We reserve the right to resent the files in multiple formats before issuing a refund.

  • Please note this does not apply to personalised products - see below.

2. Refund Process

For Digital Products:

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Explain the issue or reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Gift cards or vouchers

• Customised or personalised products and reports

• Services that have already been rendered

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for services already rendered.

Digital Products: Please ensure you select the correct Colour Season, exchanges are not permitted.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:
